What a beautiful weekend we have had here on the farm!
It was a pretty typical weekend full of work, fun, and good food….
but also trying to tie up lots of loose ends before the guys leave for China!
The last batch of chickens were put on pasture!
The tomatoes were mulched! We have two full rows of tomatoes! I see lots of salsa in the near future!
The blueberry bushes were planted!
We had a blast swimming!
We ate lots of yummy food!
These yam fries were gobbled up fast!!
I spent several hours in the laundry room, and survived!
While I was there, Eliza did projects! She loves projects!
After the boys mucked all the stalls and cleaned the lower barn, they helped me mow. Thanks so much boys!
I can’t wait to see all those flowers turn into green beans!
And to start enjoying the five rows of kale we planted!
The farm looks SO beautiful!
The sun setting on another weekend just took my breath away.
One sleepy pup says it all!!
What a great weekend!!!
Hope you all had a great weekend too!!!
Are those Tate’s clothes again?
They were clean, I promise ;0)!!!
Couldn’t help but think about Dad seeing these pictures.
He would have been first to comment, through e-mail! He always loved updates about farm life.
Why do the horses have masks on?
It keeps the flies off their eyes. They are mesh.
