That is a 90 degree difference. NINETY. I’ll be right over!!
Thanks for the idea! I didn’t want another cup of coffee, but I did want something hot. We are 5° here with the windchill at -21° and warmer than predicted. We’re staying inside too!
-22 here most of the day! And the winds whipping on this ridge at 30 mph. It sounds and looks crazy cold outside!
Do you use honey in your hot chocolate?
Yes, we do!!
1/3 cup hot water
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup cocoa
Stir and cook till a slow boil, stirring constantly for two minutes more once boiling.
Add:
4 cups milk
1 tsp vanilla
Stir and heat till warm, but do not boil.
6 servings
