The Lord still has us on the farm this spring and we do not know when or if He will see fit for the farm to sell.
Because of that, we offered up our pastures for some more foster horses for the summer.
We were pleased to learn that we would be adding two handsome geldings into our care!
They arrived yesterday.
Meet Gambler and Gridlock!
Gambler is the paint, and Gridlock is black!
Aren’t they beautiful?!
We still have two mares, Dyna and Shaggy, with us as well.
There is always a little tension when new horses are added to already established horses as they work out who is going to be in charge.
We were so pleased at how well the transition for the horses went!
Here Dyna and Gambler are checking each other out, and then Gambler bucks a couple of times.
We feel so privileged to be trusted with such beautiful animals!
I love looking out the kitchen windows and seeing them all there.
We are so thankful to be enjoying this season on the farm – even though it is a season of waiting!
